SOH South PC Hambleden 2013 - Date posted 14/05/2013

Firstly a belated but still heart felt thank you to everyone who helped at Hambleden in the preparation, on the day in how ever large or small capacity and the tidying up was done in no time at all. It was lovely to see so many faces from the past come back and fulfil their roles with great enthusiasm and committment. especially when travelling from Cornwall to collect scores. As I am sure that you noticed, many competitiors came from far and wide to share the honor of riding around the Hambleden Estate. We have received several very complimentary emails thanking us all and here is a quote from one that I wanted to share "Your officials were all friendly and welcoming, and the showjumping and XC courses were fantastic! I am also reliably informed by my daughter that the dressage judges smiled as well – a definite sign of a well-run event!"

I am so glad that so many people got so much pleasure from such a wonderfully sucessful event run by so many willing people especially Ann Smith to whom we are all very grateful.
